If you’re ready for a clear, easy-to-follow plan that will teach your child the skills necessary to happily sleep through the night (and take long, restful naps during the day), then here’s everything you need to know about setting up a private consultation with me.

Maternity / Newborn Package

(0-3 months) $350

Congratulations! You are expecting or have just welcomed the most precious new life. My newborn package is all about educating you about the importance of sleep, right from the very beginning of life, and how you can set your new babe up with healthy and restorative sleep strategies even while you’re still adjusting to her presence in your home. I will give you tools and resources to establish a foundation for sleep that will follow your baby throughout his/her life (and help avoid any unfavorable sleep habits along the way). This package includes:

  1. A preliminary evaluation – A comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits (or your sleep goals if you’re expecting) and routines.
  2. A private 60 minute consultation – We’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with. We can do this in person, over the phone, or over a video call.
  3. A nursery assessment – A safe and appropriate sleep environment is crucial for success and for fostering good sleep. I will assess your baby’s sleep environment and give recommendations based on the AAP safe sleep guidelines.
  4. Sleep Education – We’ll talk about why sleep is important for healthy and happy children and the lasting effects of sleep deprivation on both parents and babies.
  5. A detailed, fully customized sleep plan based on your child’s specific needs depending on whether you’re still expecting your little one or if your babe is already here.
  6. Weekly Goals – A detailed chart of age appropriate goals through 12 weeks old.
  7. Follow up support – Weekly email support through 12 weeks of age & sleep log monitoring.
  8. Phone Coaching – As needed, we’ll schedule two (2) follow up calls over the duration of your plan. We will address any concerns, questions, successes and necessary adjustments through the calls and follow up emails.
  9. Slumber Time Resource Tool Kit – After our time together, I will give you information for future transitions and development such as: schedules through age 2, travel, sickness, daylights savings, etc.
Babies Toddlers

Baby & Young Toddlers

(4 months-24 months) $495

The baby to young toddler package is designed for caregivers who would like to help their baby end night wakings, take longer naps, sleep independently in their own crib, go to sleep without a fight, and more! By creating a sleep plan specifically for your baby or young toddler, the undesirable sleep antics will disappear and have your child and your family getting restorative sleep in just a couple weeks. This package includes:

 

*If your child is in this age range that is *not* in a crib, see the “big kid” package.

  1. A preliminary evaluation – a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines.
  2. A private 90 minute consultation-  We’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with. This is done over Google Meet.
  3. A nursery assessment – A safe and appropriate sleep environment is crucial for success and for fostering good sleep. I will assess your baby’s sleep environment and give recommendations based on the AAP safe sleep guidelines.
  4. Sleep Education – We’ll talk about why sleep is important and how sleep deprivation can have long term effects on the entire family.
  5. A detailed, fully customized sleep plan based on your child’s specific needs.
  6. Night one text support – You will have immediate text access as you implement the plan on night one.
  7. Follow up support – This support will include daily sleep log monitoring and text and email support over the duration of a 3 week period while implementing our sleep plan.
  8. Phone coaching – As needed, we’ll schedule 3-4 follow up calls to address any concerns, questions, successes and necessary adjustments. This will include a graduation call where we address next steps and I’ll answer all questions for moving forward.
  9. Slumber Time Resource Tool Kit– At the end of our time together, I will give you information for future transitions and development such as: schedules through age 2, travel, sickness, daylights savings, dropping naps, etc.

Toddler & Big Kids

(2 years and older) $620

With this plan, I will create a personalized sleep plan specific to your child and walk you through the steps to break the unfavorable sleep habits and associations your child has developed throughout their life. This can include not sleeping in their own bed, night wakings, fighting bedtime or other struggles that come with this age. This package is fit for older toddlers, preschoolers and elementary aged children. It’s never too late to teach healthy sleep skills! This package includes:

 

*If your child under age 2 and *not* in a crib, they are included in this category.

  1. A preliminary evaluation – A comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines.
  2. A sleep environment assessment – A safe and productive sleep space is necessary for success.
  3. A private 120 minute consultation – We’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, learn how to address bedtime, naptime, night wakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with all within your personalized Sleep Plan. This is done over Google Meet.
  4. Sleep Education – We’ll talk about why sleep is important for healthy and happy children. How development is hinged on sleeping well and how sleep deprivation can effect our bodies and minds.
  5. A detailed, fully customized sleep plan based on your child’s specific needs including age-appropriate behavior management and the step-by-step for teaching your child to fall asleep independently and to stay in their own bed.
  6. Resources – for implementing your plan including but not limited to: bedtime routines charts, behavior charts, social stories, calming activities, etc.
  7. Night one text support – You will have immediate text access as you implement the plan on night one.
  8. Follow up support – This support will include daily sleep log monitoring, four (4) follow up calls with me and email support for the duration of the plan. This plan includes 3-4 weeks of support.
  9. Phone Coaching: As needed, we’ll schedule 4 follow up calls to address any concerns, questions, successes and necessary adjustments.
  10. Slumber Time Resource Tool Kit – At the end of our time together, I will give you information for future transitions and development such as: schedules, travel, sickness, daylights savings, dropping the nap, nighttime anxiety, etc.

Refresher Package

$175

*Past clients only* If you find you need additional support for a new issue, this package is for you! This package includes:

  1. An updated Sleep Plan with steps for implementation based on your child’s age and developmentally appropriate needs.
  2. A private 60 minute consultation – to discuss the new sleep issues and to walk through the plan to correct the sleep disturbances.
  3. Phone and text support to help troubleshoot, address questions and concerns, and to praise the successes. This option includes 2 weeks of support.

DIY Plan

(Newborn – 8 Years) $175

This Plan offers expert guidance for parents who may not need weeks of follow up support but are still seeking a peaceful night’s rest for their little ones. Our new DIY plan caters to children from newborns to 8 years old, providing a comprehensive Sleep Plan tailored to each age group’s unique sleep needs. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of establishing healthy sleep habits or looking to overcome specific sleep issues, I’m here to provide you with the step-by-step Sleep Plan specifically for your child. Say goodbye to sleepless nights and hello to a well-rested family with Slumber Time Sleep.

  1. A preliminary evaluation – A comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines.
  2. A private 90 minute consultation – We’ll talk about why sleep is important for healthy and happy children. *This plan includes no follow up support. You will implement this plan on your own using the step-by-step Sleep Plan provided to you during the consutaltion.

Ask Me Anything

(Newborn – 8 Years) $75

Slumber Time Sleep is delighted to introduce our innovative ‘Ask Me Anything’ service, designed to provide parents with personalized sleep solutions for children aged newborn to 8 years old. Our experienced sleep consultants are here to answer your questions and address your concerns, offering expert advice tailored to your family’s unique needs over a 30 minute phone call.  Whether you’re struggling with bedtime battles, night wakings, or naptime challenges, our ‘Ask Me Anything’ service provides the guidance and support you need to help your child get back on track with their healthy, restful and restorative sleep habits.

Keep in mind that this call is to address a specific sleep concern (short naps, early morning wakes or struggles to settle at bedtime) and not meant to cram an entire 3 weeks of support into one call.
